WEIBER stainless steel laminar air flow systems are ideal solutions for instruments preparation and other critical applications and manipulations. Our range is also in accordance with the set industry standards and made available in customized specifications as per the clients requirements.
WEIBER mobile and portable benches have been developed in co-operation with a variety of end users, resulting in an ergonomically justified concept. These developments eventually lead to an optimal sitting / working position. Moreover microprocessor based laminar flow provides sterile environment for sample preparation, media handling, operation theaters and various other medical applications.
Process Explanation -The mono direction of air is directed away from the specimen and towards the user, giving ultimate protection to the product from all form of contamination induced by diffusion of contaminated air from the outside.
Construction Details -The advanced and modular laminar air flows are constructed from all white seamless polypropylene or mild steel cabinet duly epoxy coated. The custom made work table is made of thick board which is sunmica clad at top or S. S Table top will be provided as optional accessories. Moreover the floor standing unit is fitted with pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filter having efficiency rating as high as 99.997%.
Illumination - The working is illuminated by fluorescent lightings fitted to the unit along with germicidal ultra violet light that ensures high standard of cleanliness in our customized equipments.
Noise Level - WEIBER Automatic Laminar Air Flow Systems are designed to ensure minimum possible noise and vibration levels.
